Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
CELAINEDECO covers return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:

- Logging into your customer account at compte.celainedeco.fr and selecting "Request a return"

Step-by-step via your account:
Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue". Open the email sent from our shop and copy the six-digit verification code. Return to the online shop and enter the code. Click "Request a return" for the relevant order. If your order contains multiple items, select the items you wish to return. Select a return reason and add a note if needed. Click "Request a return".
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (including special orders or personalised items). Please contact us for any questions regarding a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days. If you return your entire order, all amounts paid at the time of purchase will be refunded, including shipping costs. If you return only part of your order, only the returned items will be refunded. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.
