These Terms and Conditions of Sale are entered into between Céline Belhanda EI, registered at 115 Rue de l'arc – ZA du Verdalai – 13790 Peynier – France, registered in the French National Business Register (RNE) under number 431689967 (SIREN), hereinafter referred to as "CELAINEDECO", operating the website celainedeco.fr, and any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase through the website celainedeco.fr, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer".

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions define the contractual relationship between CELAINEDECO and the Buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through celainedeco.fr. Purchasing a product through this website implies the Buyer's unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the Buyer declares that the purchase is unrelated to any professional activity and is strictly for personal use, and that they have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

CELAINEDECO reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with new legal requirements or to improve the use of the website. The conditions applicable will be those in force at the time of the order.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are those listed on celainedeco.fr, subject to availability. CELAINEDECO reserves the right to modify its product range at any time. Each product is presented with a description of its main characteristics (content, use, composition, etc.). Photographs are as accurate as possible but may slightly differ depending on your screen settings. Sales are intended for Buyers residing in European Union countries that fully authorise the import of these products.

Article 3 – Prices

All prices displayed are final prices in euros (€). As a small business under French tax law (§ 19 UStG equivalent – Article 293B CGI), no VAT is charged. CELAINEDECO reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applicable to the Buyer will be the one displayed at the time of the order. Prices do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition:

Metropolitan France: €5.00 per order

European Union: €10.00 per order

Article 4 – Order and Payment

Creating a customer account is not required to place an order.

Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of the transaction. CELAINEDECO will send the Buyer an order confirmation by email.

Article 5 – Retention of Title

CELAINEDECO retains full ownership of the products sold until complete payment of the purchase price, including all fees and applicable charges.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, without giving any reason, and to return the product for exchange or refund.

CELAINEDECO covers return shipping costs.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer may notify their decision by:

Article 7 – Delivery

Orders are delivered to the address indicated on the order form within the agreed geographic area. Orders are shipped via La Poste / Colissimo with tracking, with or without signature, including insurance against loss or damage. Delivery times are estimates only; if they exceed thirty days from the order date, the contract may be cancelled and the Buyer refunded. CELAINEDECO will provide the Buyer with a tracking number by email. In case of absence, the Buyer will receive a delivery notice and may collect the parcel at the nearest post office within the indicated timeframe. The Buyer must inspect the parcel upon delivery. Any damage must be reported to the carrier within three days of delivery — please also contact us so we can file a claim. The Buyer may refuse delivery if the parcel appears damaged.

Article 8 – Warranty

All products supplied by CELAINEDECO are covered by the legal warranty of conformity applicable under EU consumer law (Directive 2019/771/EU). In case of non-conformity, the product may be returned to CELAINEDECO for replacement, exchange or refund. Claims may be submitted:

Article 9 – Liability

CELAINEDECO is subject to a best-efforts obligation in the distance selling process. CELAINEDECO shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the use of the internet, such as data loss, unauthorised access, viruses, service interruptions or other unintentional issues.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the website celainedeco.fr are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of CELAINEDECO. No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit or use, in whole or in part, any element of the website — whether photographs, logos, visuals or text — without prior written consent.

Article 11 – Personal Data

CELAINEDECO is committed to keeping the Buyer's information confidential. Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Buyer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data at any time by contacting: contact@celainedeco.fr or by post at the address above.

Article 12 – Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. For Buyers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence also apply.
